With over three decades of professional experience, Dr. Nuruzzaman has been at the forefront of advancing Bangladesh’s education sector, skill development initiatives, technological innovation, and startup ecosystem building.

Political Ideology
Dr. Mohammad Nuruzzaman holds a 100% nationalist ideology, rooted deeply in his family’s history of commitment to the ideals of Bangladesh. His family endured hardship in the early years of the nation’s journey: his father was arrested and detained by Rokkhi Bahini following independence, and his grandfather was imprisoned by the local Awami League MP, Muzaffar Ali, in 1973 — a testimony to the family’s long-standing nationalist stance.
In his early years, Dr. Nuruzzaman actively engaged in student politics, serving as the General Secretary (GS) of Harganga Government College Hall under the banner of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD). His leadership in student politics was marked by his unwavering dedication to democratic principles and national progress.
However, after embarking on his professional journey with Daffodil — a private, non-political entity — he consciously refrained from active political activities to maintain professional neutrality and focus on national development through education, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Despite stepping back from active political involvement, his ideological roots remain firmly nationalist.
